Teaghe Yalon, RN BSN

Teaghe is a Registered Nurse with over five years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield University in Portland, Oregon. She also holds a Bachelor of Art from University of California Santa Cruz and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Nursing at University of California San Francisco. Her experience includes work in the assisted living environment, inpatient Medical-Oncology, hospice, family medicine and home health. This breadth of experience drives her dedication for patient-centered care coordination. She believes in empowering patients and their families to make informed decisions about health and their own healthcare.
