Sujatha Vasudevan, RN MSN CHPN

Sujatha is a Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music, and later received her Master of Science in Nursing in Healthcare Systems Leadership at the University of San Francisco in 2007, with a concentration in Case Management. Sujatha worked at San Francisco General Hospital for 10 years, with a focus on public health and working with the underserved. In 2018, she felt called to transition into hospice and became a Hospice RN Case Manager in the East Bay, ultimately working towards her certification as a Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse in 2019. She loves working closely with patients & families and coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team.
