Laura is the President and Founder of Guided HealthCARE. She is a Registered Nurse Nationally Board Certified in Case Management with a specialization in Critical Care. Laura earned her degree in Nursing at St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing and Millersville University in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She brings an additional 17 years of business experience in the marketing, advertising and entertainment industries and over twenty years of Neuro-Trauma, Coronary Care and Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Nursing to Guided HealthCARE. Laura transitioned her work from the Critical Care setting to the community to support chronically ill patients, families and the medical team as they navigate the healthcare system.

Joni is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience in Cancer Research Project Management at the University of California at San Francisco. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology then her Master of Science in Nursing at San Francisco State University and is also a Certified Public Health Nurse. Joni brings high level Nurse Management and patient support to Guided HealthCARE in her role as Practice Manager.

Julie is a Registered Nurse with over 19 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. She also obtained a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Her experience includes Adult Neuro-Trauma, Cardiovascular and Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Nursing. She has transitioned to the community to focus on preventative care, to help patients navigate the healthcare system and to provide continuity of care from the acute care setting.

Sharon is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Francisco State University and is Certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant. Her nursing experience includes Acute, Sub Acute, Adult and Geriatric Nursing, Skilled Nursing, Residential Care for the Elderly, Outpatient Ambulatory Care Surgery, and Adult Home Health Nursing. Sharon’s experience as an LNC offers added benefit to our growing patient population supported by fiduciaries and conservatorships.

Jenna is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arizona. Her Nursing experience includes Acute Adult Nursing, Oncology Nursing, Adult Home Health and Pediatrics. In addition to Nursing, Jenna has devoted her personal time to family, volunteer work and has served on several community boards. She enjoys tennis, hiking and reading.

Marie is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Mary’s/Samuel Merritt College of Nursing. She also has a Masters In Public Administration with a Concentration in Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco. Her experience includes Adult Medical/Surgical, Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing, Nursing Management, Outpatient Adult Nursing and School Nursing. Marie brings a broad scope of experience to her work with patients and families in navigating their complicated healthcare needs.

Lindsay van der Bokke, received her BSN degree from University of San Francisco and served as a Nurse for over 12 years at Stanford Healthcare, working in the IICU with heart, lung and kidney transplant patients. She found her passion as a Nurse Coordinator in the Stanford Cancer Center caring for both the patients and their families in the high risk and cancer community.

Kim is a Registered Nurse with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. She began her Nursing career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse with eight years of experience in Orthopedics prior to obtaining her RN Degree. Kim chose to focus her work outside the hospital environment because of her passion for working with patients and families in their homes and familiar surroundings. Kim’s experience in Adult Home Health includes comprehensive patient care, medication management, wound care, and overall holistic care of the medical/surgical patient. She enjoys providing education for the patient, family and in home care team to enhance quality of life, autonomy and promote healing and wellness.

Sujatha is a Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music, and later received her Master of Science in Nursing in Healthcare Systems Leadership at the University of San Francisco in 2007, with a concentration in Case Management. Sujatha worked at San Francisco General Hospital for 10 years, with a focus on public health and working with the underserved. In 2018, she felt called to transition into hospice and became a Hospice RN Case Manager in the East Bay. She has now been an RN Case Manager with GHC for over 3 years, and loves working closely with patients & families and coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team.

Azure is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Her experience includes Adult Neurological, Cardiovascular and Medical-Surgical Intensive Care, Recovery Room, Occupational Health, and IV Infusion Nursing. Azure’s goal is to leverage this comprehensive skill set to facilitate smooth transitions for her patients and to assure their ongoing well-being and continuity of care in the community.

Vince is a Registered Nurse with 15 years of hospital experience, eight years as a Registered Nurse. His clinical background includes work in the ICU and Acute Dialysis. Vince earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Practicing in the hospital environment for so many years, Vince found his passion in working to keep patients from returning to the hospital post discharge. He enjoys interacting with and educating patients and families, especially about preventative care and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Christina brings over 25 years of financial and accounting experience to Guided HealthCARE. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from San Diego State. Christina manages and oversees the company’s financial operations.

Kelly brings 25 years of experience in business development, strategic marketing, corporate finance and small business accounting to Guided HealthCARE. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Kelly brings system wide support to our team in the role of Office Manager.
